To add/remove/change start menu folders/icons in Windows 10,
using "file explorer", move to
%AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
and/or
%ProgramData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

in there, you can manage folders/icons freely.
